Hear from a panel of experts who are well-versed at what it takes to run a successful real estate office. These brokers come from all sizes and types of brokerage firms and will offer practical advice, pointers and “how to” guidelines for running a small brokerage firm.

Jaci Coan with RE/MAX Trinity, Ashley Conlon with Century 21, Judge Fite, and Dale Erwin with Longfellow and Lee Real Estate will compare and contrast experiences both as independents and franchisees. Topics will include: the agent / broker relationship, agent retention and recruitment, keeping up with the details, how to know when to hire help, budgeting, etc. In addition, Betsy Senter, CRB, immediate past president of the Texas Chapter of CRBs, will discuss educational opportunities available for brokers / managers, including the prestigious CRB designation.

These forums are designed specifically for brokers with less than 20 sales associates. GFWAR hosts these sessions on a quarterly basis and are a way for brokers of small firms to connect, network, and obtain useful information to take back to their brokerages.
