Once a quarter, the Neighborhood Revitalization Committee of GFWAR is honoring a property owner / investor who has enhanced the Fort Worth community through property revitalization. The property may be a commercial or residential structure, and the committee prefers that the work was done within the past 18 months. (Please include a before and after photo of the property with the application.)

All real estate licensees are not the same. Only real estate licensees who are members of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® are properly called REALTORS®. They proudly display the REALTOR "®" logo on their business card or other marketing and sales literature. REALTORS® are committed to treat all parties to a transaction honestly. REALTORS® subscribe to a strict code of ethics and are expected to maintain a higher level of knowledge of the process of buying and selling real estate. An independent survey reports that 84% of home buyers would use the same REALTOR® again.

GFWAR participants and subscribers with MLS access can login and access their Matrix MLS page, just like they would on the old site. To do so, simply by click on the Login button at the top, right-hand corner of this page.
Members use their normal agent ID and Password. Once logged in, members will see a number of buttons on the main page where it is possible to SSO into the Matrix MLS, and other SSO destinations. You will also see buttons to pay your bill online and to update your member profile. Click the Read More button to see step-by-step instructions on how to login to the Matrix MLS from the member website.
