This course serves as the core of the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) designation program. It is the benchmark of excellence in buyer represantions. The goal of this course is to set the foundation of training, skills, and resources to help real estate professionals succed in the marketplace as buyer's representatives. This course is a fundamental resource for understanding the duties that REALTORS as outlined in the NAR Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice. In each course module you will examine a differnt topic; together they create a comprehensive guide to help you become an effective, efficient and profitable buyer's representative.

Refund Policy (cancellation by student):

Refunds will only be issued for a cancellation by a registered student if advance notice is given at least 48 hours prior to the course scheduled time.

Cancellation Policy:

The GFWAR (provider #390) reserves the right to cancel SAE/CE courses if the minimum pre-registered attendance requirements are not met five business days prior to the scheduled class date.

Full refunds will be issued to all pre-paid students or monies can be transferred to future scheduled SAE/CE courses. Monies will not be held longer than the conclusion of the calendar year, from the date of purchase, in which the monies were paid.
