The purpose of this course is to familiarize the real estate professional with the basic understanding of a contract along with the most common contract errors made when writing a contract. Agents will learn about the Short Sale Addendum and the RSC  Disclosure required by TREC. Plus hear about other often misunderstood TREC forms and their proper use. Also how to handle updates and changes to contracts and other related documents and addenda.

This course will provide the license holder insight regarding the impact of contract mistakes on the transaction and the ability to effectively negotiate the deal; if the transaction needs to be restructed or voided and any possible legal ramifications inpacting the parties to the transaction.

The GFWAR (provider #390) reserves the right to cancel SAE/CE courses if the minimum pre-registered attendance requirements are not met five business days prior to the scheduled class date.

Full refunds will be issued to all pre-paid students or monies can be transferred to future scheduled SAE/CE courses. Monies will not be held longer than the conclusion of the calendar year, from the date of purchase, in which the monies were paid.
