Course Description:

The purpose of this course is to familiarize the real estate licensee within the paragraphs within the One to Four Residential Contract. This discussion takes a closer look into common errors, the meaning and use of each paragraph, and how to properly fill out the contract. After this course, participants will leave with a better understanding of the One to Four Residential Contract, commonly used addenda with the One to Four Residential Contract and the impact of the various provisions. The panelists of the Contract course do not provide legal advice only the best practices for the purpose of this course.

Refunds will only be issued for a cancellation by a registered student if advance notice is given at least 48 hours prior to the course scheduled time.

Cancellation Policy:

The GFWAR (provider #390) reserves the right to cancel SAE/CE courses if the minimum pre-registered attendance requirements are not met five business days prior to the scheduled class date.

Full refunds will be issued to all pre-paid students or monies can be transferred to future scheduled SAE/CE courses. Monies will not be held longer than the conclusion of the calendar year, from the date of purchase, in which the monies were paid.
