Course Description:

You're under contract, now what? This first phase of a contract establishes for both the buyer and seller the confirmed condition of the property and expecttations of both parties through diligence, inspections and negotiations. Agents must understand the importance of this initial phase of the life of the contract and how to work with both buyers and sellers so they are fully  informed as they decide whether to continue to the closing table or terminate. This is where buyers must learn everything they can about the property and sellers must allow access, affirm their disclosures and expect potential repair requests or concessions. This course navigates various scenarios that can arise during this period and how to best serve clients on either side of the contract.

Refunds will only be issued for a cancellation by a registered student if advance notice is given at least 48 hours prior to the course scheduled time.

Cancellation Policy:

The GFWAR (provider #390) reserves the right to cancel SAE/CE courses if the minimum pre-registered attendance requirements are not met five business days prior to the scheduled class date.

Full refunds will be issued to all pre-paid students or monies can be transferred to future scheduled SAE/CE courses. Monies will not be held longer than the conclusion of the calendar year, from the date of purchase, in which the monies were paid.
