Identify the unique circumstances of military borrowers

List basic requirements for VA loan eligibility for both borrowers and properties

Differentiation between the different VA loan products

Identify required documentation for VA mortgages

Determine state specific laws, rules and customary practices regarding VA loans

Bust the Myths about the VA loans
