The median home price in Tarrant County in April was flat from one year ago, at $350,000. In Fort Worth, the median price of $325,500 was down 3.2 percent year over year.
Home prices held steady in March in Fort Worth, with the median home price at $329,995, a 0.3 percent increase from March 2023.
Inventory continued a steady climb in February, and the median home price for Fort Worth increased to $329,000. This is up 0.9 percent from February of 2023.
The median home price in Fort Worth in January dipped down to $315,000. This was a 1.6 percent decrease year over year, and the lowest that prices have been in Fort Worth since the fall of 2021. The Tarrant County median price of $335,000 was flat compared to January 2023.
The year ended with home prices in Fort Worth at $325,495, a 4.3 percent decrease year over year. Tarrant County’s median home price was $337,990, which was down from December of 2022 by 3.4 percent.
The median home price in Fort Worth in November was $320,000 – the lowest it has been since January, and down 3.9 percent year over year.
