Community
A Higher Standard
GFWAR members can use the term REALTOR®, a registered trademark that can only be used by members of the National Association of REALTORS® who subscribe to its Code of Ethics, which sets forth standards of conduct and professional integrity.
In addition, GFWAR offers leadership opportunities that allow members to help guide the direction of GFWAR through participation on committees and the board of directors. Getting involved will help you develop new leadership skills, increase your business network, and give back to the local real estate community.
Advocacy
Local, state, and national leader
Membership with GFWAR automatically extends your membership to Texas REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®. All three organizations are devoted to serving your interests and needs on the local, state, and national levels.
Each year, thousands of proposals that will affect property owners and the real estate industry are introduced by government lawmakers and regulators. GFWAR, along with Texas REALTORS® and NAR, acts as your governmental affairs advocate and legislative watch dog.
In addition, members each year are asked to invest in TREPAC (Texas Real Estate Political Action Committee). It is a non-partisan political action committee that is focused on supporting candidates that support the rights of private property, homeownership, and the real estate profession. Thanks to the work of TREPAC, REALTORS® were deemed essential workers during the pandemic.

GFWAR members receive access to MLS services from North Texas Real Estate Information Services, Inc. (NTREIS), which serves the real estate community in North Texas. In addition, GFWAR offers Continuing Education programs that range from courses to fulfill basic license renewal requirements, to designation and certification courses.

Our staff and leadership regularly attend national and state meetings to stay informed on industry changes, and they share that information along with monthly market reports to keep you informed on the latest local market developments and trends that impact the growth of your business.

Compatible with most smartphones and tablets, CubiCasa is a user-friendly tool that helps you save time, enhance listings, and impress clients.
To Get Started:
- When you create an account with CubiCasa, you must affiliate that account to GFWAR using a simple dropdown menu.
- If you already have a CubiCasa account, you can affiliate it to GFWAR in your CubiCasa Profile settings in your user dashboard to receive the 25% discount program.

Forewarn
FOREWARN brings intelligence to the real estate industry through innovative solutions to help ensure safer engagements and smarter interactions.
The FOREWARN application gives an agent the ability to gain instant insight on a prospective client (within seconds, without exposing any protected class information) using only a phone number! Don’t have a phone number… you can also search by name.
Setting Up Your Complimentary FOREWARN Account
- Click here and enter your email address when prompted to do so (be sure to use the same email address that this email was sent to as it will serve as your FOREWARN ‘Username’).
- You will receive an activation email from FOREWARN, open it and click the link as instructed. If you do not see the email, be sure to check your junk/spam folder.
- If you do not see the email after checking your junk of spam folder, this may be due to the fact that your account could not be setup as FOREWARN does not have your cell phone number. Please contact FOREWARN Support at 561.757.4551 to provide them with your cell phone number.
- You will be prompted to enter an authentication code that will have just been texted, or optionally read to you via automated call, to your phone number on file. Upon completion you will be prompted to create a password.
- If you are not receiving the text/call authentication code, FOREWARN may have the wrong phone number on file. Please contact FOREWARN Support at 561.757.4551 to update them with your correct cell phone number.
