TRLP offers a fantastic on-going opportunity to engage with like-minded individuals, elevate your leadership skills, and advance your career and volunteer leadership roles.
As a TRLP participant, you will:
- Join a dynamic learning community where you can connect with and gain support from fellow aspiring leaders
- Gain insights from visionary community leaders, influential government officials, and accomplished business executives
- Explore ways to make a meaningful impact on the success of the REALTOR® organization
- Cultivate the skills you need to create a meaningful impact in your professional, personal, and civic pursuits
- Craft your speaking and presentation skills to perfection
- Get your customized communication assessment tailored just for you
- Forge lasting connections with colleagues and facilitators that will enrich your professional journey
The program consists of eight modules that will be offered from January through August 2025, including an opening overnight retreat. Graduates of TRLP are often placed on a fast track for leadership opportunities at their local association and Texas REALTORS®. Tuition is $500, which includes all program costs and the overnight module. The deadline to apply is Monday, December 2, at 5:00 pm.
