Auto-Cooperation of Supra eKEYS with Houston Starting February 3, 2025

Starting February 3, 2025, members of the Greater Fort Worth Association of REALTORS® will enjoy seamless access to lockboxes in Houston through auto-cooperating Supra eKEYs. This new feature allows members of both GFWAR and the Houston Association of REALTORS® to effortlessly access Supra lock boxes in each other’s service areas without requiring additional approvals or manual setup. It’s another way we’re enhancing member convenience by removing barriers and streamlining access across regions.

So, what does key cooperation mean? Simply put, it allows REALTORS® with an active Supra eKEY from GFWAR or HAR to automatically use their key to open lockboxes in either association's coverage area. In the past, members may have had to request permission or manually set up their eKEYs to work across different associations, but with auto-cooperation, this process is now streamlined and hassle-free. Whether you’re showing properties in Fort Worth or Houston, your eKEY will work seamlessly, saving you time and ensuring smoother transactions.
