Congratulations to GFWAR members as their hard work was recognized at the 2024 Texas REALTORS® Winter Meetings in Austin in early February.
Elizabeth McCoy (Williams Trew) was one of 12 statewide to receive a 2023 Spirit of TREPAC Award, which is given to Texas REALTORS® that exhibit excellence in one of the P.A.C. criteria (Participate, Articulate, Communicate) at the local level during the year.
Matt Briseno (Old Republic Title) was one of six statewide to receive a 2023 Heart of TREPAC Award, which is given to Texas REALTORS® Affiliates ONLY who have exhibited excellence in one or more of the P.A.C. criteria at the local level during the year.
Every year, TREPAC recognizes local associations that have hit or exceeded three goals: participation, quota, and total dollars raised. GFWAR was second place in both Participation and Quota for Category 1.
Finally, GFWAR received a Texas REALTORS® DEI Recognition Program award. This award recognizes an association's exceptional professionalism, advocacy, community building, and commitment to inclusion. This award was made possible by the efforts of the GFWAR Diversity & Inclusion Committee in 2023.
All of these awards will be presented in person at the GFWAR Spring Awards Luncheon on Wednesday, April 10.
