The Charles D. Tandy Commercial REALTOR® Award, established in 1990, is named for Charles D. Tandy in grateful recognition of his outstanding leadership through investments and contributions to the Greater Fort Worth community.
This award is presented annually to honor the member of the Society of Commercial REALTORS® who best exemplifies the highest professional standards of a commercial REALTOR®. This individual must be someone who has earned the respect of his or her peers, and is an active, productive broker who successfully navigates the intricacies of commercial real estate.
Specific considerations for the Award are the nominee’s real estate work experience, production (not necessarily based on volume), participation in the Society of Commercial REALTORS® and the Greater Fort Worth Association of REALTORS®, and professional and civic involvement.
