What is a business accomplishment that you are most proud of?
Becoming CEO of GFWAR.
Do you have any advice for women who aspire to be in leadership roles?
Build a strong support network, whether it’s a mentor, industry colleagues, or trusted friends (or all of the above). Surround yourself with people who encourage you, who you can speak honestly with but also who you can share and celebrate your success with. You don't have to have all the answers, but be willing to ask questions and seek advice. At the same time, trust in your expertise and don't wait for recognition. Instead, make your value known. Always be curious and look for new ways to grow and challenge yourself.
