Help GFWAR honor and support the men and women stationed at Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base Fort Worth by celebrating them and their families through the Holidays & Heroes Military Family Christmas Party. This heartfelt event is an opportunity to give back and help create a special Christmas experience for local military families.

🙌 Volunteers: Arrive anytime after 9:00 AM to help with setup
🎄 Christmas Party: Noon–3:00 PM

Ready to volunteer? Please note that volunteering requires a two-step registration process, and both steps must be completed by October 30.

Once on the Holidays & Heroes page, scroll down to the volunteer section and complete both of the following:

1️⃣ Complete the Volunteer Application
Be sure to list GFWAR as the group you are participating with.

2️⃣ Complete Base Security Form 5512
Scroll down to access Form 5512. You must print the form and submit it according to the instructions provided. GFWAR cannot submit Form 5512 on your behalf.

⚠️ Important: The volunteer application includes several Holidays & Heroes opportunities, including Thanksgiving, sponsoring a family for Christmas, and setup on December 5. You are welcome to participate in any of these opportunities; however, GFWAR’s organized participation is specifically for the Military Family Christmas Party on Sunday, December 6.

🗓️ Deadline: October 30, 2026
Both the Volunteer Application and Base Security Form 5512 must be completed and submitted by the deadline.
