We work closely with Texas REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS® to collaborate with lawmakers to promote policies that benefit current and future property owners. As a whole, the REALTOR® organization recognizes the importance of housing affordability and works to reduce regulatory barriers while supporting policies that increase housing supply, ensuring more affordable options for Texans at all income levels. We advocate for strategic investments in broadband expansion, water access, and transportation improvements to support the growth and prosperity of Texas communities. A strong real estate market depends on reliable infrastructure across the state, not just in major cities. We collaborate with lawmakers to promote policies that benefit current and future property owners while remaining nonpartisan and focused solely on policy advocacy.
