Planned with commercial real estate license holders in mind, the Commercial Real Estate Summit provides vital information including current developments, important legal issues, and the economic setting with trends and projections for the Fort Worth area. Included in the summit will be 3 Contract CE hours, 7 elective CE hours, and the 8 Legal CE hours for TREC Legal Update 1 & 2 courses.

Registration:

$200 for GFWAR members and $225 for non-GFWAR members if registered by Monday, September 15, 2025 by 5PM.  

Registrations received after the 9/15/25 rate deadline will be charged $225 for GFWAR members and $250 for non-GFWAR members.

Registration Deadline: Monday, September 22, 2025 by 3PM

Refund Policy (cancellation by student):

Refunds will only be issued for a cancellation by a registered student if advance notice is given at least 48 hours prior to the course scheduled time.

Cancellation Policy:

The GFWAR (provider #390) reserves the right to cancel SAE/CE courses if the minimum pre-registered attendance requirements are not met five business days prior to the scheduled class date.  Full refunds will be issued to all pre-paid students or monies can be transferred to future scheduled SAE/CE courses. Monies will not be held longer than the conclusion of the calendar year, from the date of purchase, in which the monies were paid.
