New FOREWARN Feature: Added Visibility Before You Meet
GFWAR members now have access to a powerful new safety feature in FOREWARN—at no additional cost.
Introducing Household Risk, a tool designed to give REALTORS® greater awareness before in-person meetings.
When preparing to meet a client at a property, potential risk doesn’t always come from the individual you’ve been communicating with. Others may be present in the home, and until now, those individuals have largely remained outside the scope of traditional safety tools.
Household Risk changes that.
This new feature extends your visibility by surfacing potential risk indicators associated with individuals who may reside at a property—helping you make more informed decisions before you arrive.
How It Works:
- Enter a property address to initiate a Household Risk search
- View individuals possibly associated with the household, along with available risk indicators
- Select an individual to review additional details, including criminal history records or sex offender status
With this added layer of insight, you can approach showings and in-person meetings with greater awareness—not just of your direct contact, but of the broader environment.
Your safety matters. This is another step in ensuring you have the tools you need from the first call to the front door.
