New NTREIS Data Shares: Access FMLS & Omni MLS (2025)
We are excited to announce that NTREIS has expanded its data share network to include First Multiple Listing Service (FMLS) and Omni MLS, providing even greater access to property listings across new markets. FMLS, based in Atlanta, is the 5th largest MLS in the U.S., serving 57,000subscribers, while Omni MLS, based in Mexico, offers access to over 70,000property listings across Mexico and 21 countries in South and Central America. These new partnerships give NTREIS subscribers valuable insights and expanded opportunities in both domestic and international markets.
The FMLS data share is already live, allowing you to search listings, create CMAs, and access market reports for its coverage area which includes the state of Georgia and parts of Florida. The Omni MLS data share will go live on February 5, offering access to extensive listings throughout Latin America. While these integrations do not include add/edit functionality, they provide a seamless way to explore properties and market trends beyond NTREIS’s existing coverage.
