We are excited to announce that NTREIS has expanded its data share network to include the Houston Association of REALTORS® (HAR) MLS, providing even greater access to property listings across new markets.
The data share will go live at noon today, enabling you to search listings, create CMAs, and access market reports for its coverage area, which includes the Houston area. This is a native data share, so listings and roster information will appear within the Matrix search.
Within the Matrix system, NTREIS Subscribers will see Houston agents and listings (designated by HAR_ prefix), and Houston subscribers will see NTREIS agents and listings. Listing information can be shared with clients via email and viewed in OneHome. This expanded data access gives you broader market insight to grow your business and better serve your clients.
