The Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program (TRLP) is designed to develop future leaders in the real estate industry and within the REALTOR® organization. Through a series of dynamic, in-depth sessions, participants gain valuable skills in communication, business planning, team building, conflict resolution, and leadership development.
TRLP connects REALTORS® with peers and industry leaders across the state, providing a network of support and collaboration. Graduates emerge with a deeper understanding of the real estate industry, enhanced leadership abilities, and a renewed passion for service in their communities and the REALTOR® association.

As a TRLP participant, you will:

The program includes eight modules, typically held once a month. GFWAR participates in this program annually in partnership with other associations in the region, with applications open in the Fall.
